Where can I buy Eden and Astron watches?

Our watches are made in small numbers. This means that it is not practical for retailers to stock them, so we deal direct with our Customers. There are several advantages to this approach: because our prices are not inflated by retail margins, we can keep our prices low. Our 6 month guarantee of satisfaction allows you to buy a watch from the Premier Collection without risk.

We do not have a retail shop, and unfortunately our premises are not suitable for visitors. However, we are always happy to meet prospective customers by appointment, to discuss a potential purchase, in nearby premises.

What are the delivery times?

We aim to despatch all goods within 7 days of receipt of order.Once despatched goods should take 3-5 days to arrive.Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your goods in order to allow for unforseen delays with stock, despatch or shipping.

What is your policy regarding price changes, product availability and order quantities?

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

How do I change a battery or adjust the strap?

How long is the warranty valid for?

Our quality movements are guaranteed for 5 years

Can I return the watch if I am not satisfied?

Of course! In the unlikely case that you find the watch not to your complete satisfaction, it could be returned for a full refund of the cost of the watch.
